Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama asks every urban village head to care the existence of children with special needs in their region. Thus they can get a good education and training.

"We can send teacher and bus. Children with special needs should not be ignored, but must be schooled and empowered," he expressed, Monday (4/18).

He disclosed that all officials should have a concept of development in Jakarta. One of them is by having a sense of concern for the entire community.

"We can make co-working place for them to make the work, we must care and attention to them. In urban village, if we monitor CCTV or type computer, can also be empowered," he stated.

He added, it could be one of the urban village performance indicators. This is because, as headman estate manager, must know all the problems that exist in the environment and conduct community empowerment.
